I've spent over a decade helping people in Austin transform their bodies through strength training, nutrition coaching, and sustainable body recomposition. I built muscle from a skinny starting point in my teens and later leaned out after COVID weight gain — so I understand both muscle-building and fat-loss clients from personal experience, not just textbooks. My approach is simple: understand your life, build a plan that fits it, and hold you accountable every step of the way.

My Transformation Journey

Before I coached clients through their own transformations, I had to learn the process myself. I first built muscle from a skinny starting point when I was younger. Years later during COVID, I found myself carrying more body fat than I wanted and had to rebuild my habits to get lean again. Those two experiences shaped how I coach today: realistic training, nutrition that fits real life, and accountability without extremes.

Yes — on a request basis. If you have a workable apartment gym or home gym setup, Jack can train you at your location when distance, equipment, and schedule allow. Mobile sessions depend on your area and setup and are not offered everywhere — most clients train at Tiger ATX. Book a consultation to see if mobile training is an option for you.

Most clients train 3–4 times per week. I'll determine the right frequency based on your goals — whether that's weight loss, muscle building, strength training, or body recomposition — during your consultation.

Yes. Nutrition coaching is included in all personal training packages. I build a sustainable approach to eating that complements your strength training and supports fat loss or muscle building.
