The first session we will start with a consultation to review your goals and go over workout and medical history. Then I will lead you into a custom-tailored workout based on the goals you have!
All workouts are 1 hour in length including any warmups, mobility, strength training, and cardio. We have water and clean towels at the gym for all clients. It’s advised to bring a water bottle of your own.
